We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You have 28 days to make a return.
Return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.
Your return will be processed once received in 5-14 days.
Please note, item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed. All item(s) must be returned in its original condition, with its tags still attached. Any item(s) returned in an unsalable condition may be rejected and not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. We require up to 5-14 working days on receiving the item(s). Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
